Baked Jalaska

Have you heard of a dessert called Baked Alaska? Brownie bottom, ice cream middle and meringue top. Well our Kiwi version replaces the ice cream with a large Jaffa candy. A flamed orange hot chocolate with Gluten-free chocolate brownie and chocolate dipped orange slice. This desert of a hot chocolate is house made from the brownie, dipped orange slice to the meringue topping.

Ingredients: Gusto Hot Choc powder, SHOTT Beverages Flamed Orange Syrup, Milk, Whittakers Chocolate, Jaffa thins, Jaffas, gluten-free flour, oranges, and edible flowers. Alcohol version includes Grand Marnier.

We’re bringing back the Pixie Caramel! Warm up with a butterscotch hot chocolate topped with butterscotch whipped cream. End it all with a stick of gooey Pixie Caramel that’s been warming in the hot chocolate!

Made with Cadbury Drinking chocolate with a shot of Shott Caramel syrup. It can be made with any milk so can be both dairy free as well as vegan. Served with a bite of chocolate caramel and a surprise on top.
