We’ve turned one of our favourite Filipino dishes into a cozy drink! Champorado is originally a creamy rice porridge flavoured with tablea (pure ground roasted cacao) and evaporated milk. To keep this authentic flavor, we’ve used tablea all the way from Davao, and coconut condensed milk as the base of our drink. Frothy, steamed rice and oat milk is then poured on top with an optional sprinkling of milo and milk powder. Come experience a cozy “cold” day in the Philippines!
